Job Summary

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Distance Learning Planning and Development (P&D) and working collaboratively with the P&D Decision Analytics team, this position is responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting on website and marketing data regarding ODUOnline campaign effectiveness, conversions, markets, competitors, prospect behaviors, and employer trends.

Minimum Qualifications

Advanced degree OR bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related fields with experience equivalent to an advanced degree. Online digital marketing campaign experience, tracking and optimizing ad performance and conversions. Prior experience measuring and analyzing web business performance using Google Analytics. Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and MS Excel. Experience with A/B testing tools. Experience with analyzing various reports (e.g., quantcast, AdRoll, AdWords, DoubleClick, etc). Experience with search optimization, search marketing, display advertising and/or e-mail marketing. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of statistics and direct marketing testing principles. Experience planning and managing various research projects. Strong technical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other researchers. Ability to work with senior management to interpret and present research findings/reports in a clear, concise and actionable way. Problem solver, with the initiative and skills to identify/acquire the appropriate data and distill it down to actionable information. Strong and accurate written and verbal communication skills. Ability to extract value from data reporting/tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to adapt quickly to new practices/requirements.
