Job Description

The Department of Finance in the Strome College of Business at Old Dominion University (ODU) invites applications for the position of Assistant/Associate Professor of Real Estate (tenure-track), subject to approval, starting the fall 2018 semester. The department offers a B.S.B.A Finance/Real Estate, a MBA, as well as a Ph.D. in International Business with concentrations in Finance, Marketing, Management, and Information Technology.

Seeking a talented individual with the capacity to conduct high quality research and to teach online and in-person undergraduate and graduate level courses in real estate and finance. A successful candidate will possess a doctorate in real estate, finance, or a related field from an AACSB accredited university. Demonstrated ability to perform outreach with the local business community for the E.V. Williams Center for Real Estate.
