Job Description

Responsibilities include teaching Human Resource Management (HRM) courses, primarily at the undergraduate level; research resulting in scholarly articles in top tier journals; and service to the university, community, and profession.

Qualifications for the position include: (1) an earned PhD (by August 2018) in Management (or a related sub-discipline), with emphasis in HRM, from an AACSB accredited institution; (2) evidence of a strong research agenda (such as publications in refereed journals and/or peer-reviewed presentations at national and international conferences); and (3) evidence of teaching effectiveness.
